Our café has BOTH amazing coffee and amazing food. As most breakfast/brunch spots have one or the other. As owners, the three of us have a combined 50 years of professional food service experience and we are extremely hands on. Our recipes are from scratch, from the crepe fillings to the syrups used in our espresso and tea based beverages.

At any given time in my decades of life, you could find me milking cows, driving tractors, raising three babies, singing in choirs, enjoying nonprofit work, and cooking for my family and large events! You can say that I’ve done everything in food service over 3 decades from bussing tables, to cooking and making pizzas, to fine dining serving, bartending, and managing full front of house staff! Prior to this endeavor, I’ve not been able to be the proud owner of something great even though it’s been a lifelong dream! And so . . . Cheers to you Pink Pony Café! Meet Shay, a self proclaimed coffee snob and creative. She has always dreamed of owning a coffee shop where everyone is welcome and given the grace to be authentic with who they are. Pink Pony Café is this dream come to life. Combining her love of bartending and her passion for coffee together, she has curated an espresso and tea based menu that will forever be a work of love. She has spent much of her childhood traveling but always felt at home in the Pacific Northwest. She is ecstatic to call the stunning Olympic Peninsula home and her greatest adventure yet.
